Hi!

Ugh... I've just begun my spring-diet. I have a bad stomach, and also mental healthproblems. I am eating happy food, but of course, it's also for loosing the winter-wheight. But I'm feeling a good anxiety about it. I have always thought dieting is really fun, and I get a kick out of succeeding. I am going to the gym once per week but, I'll need to go there two to four times per week if I am going to get the health I want and need. I have problems with pain in my hips and thighs, and the only thing that helps is exercise.

Here's some info on the Happy Food Diet...

The food is delicious... dieting is so easy, and, if you have mental health problems and anxiety/depression, you owe yourself to follow through a decent diet to get better. I get very frustrated with people who complain about their wheight, or those who eat totally wrong for mental health benefits when they suffer from anxiety or depression. This diet is not a cure but it's amazing how much a good diet can do for both your physical and mental health.

Aaand... who doesn't feel better mentally when those clothes in the closet fits like a glove? It's expensive to gain wheight... and to loose to much too. It is important to know that you should not focus on loosing wheight when dieting. Focus on increasing your health, with healthy food and exercise. Eating too little will give you depression and makes life feel overwhelming and scary. I know...

Ahhh... but beware with the intake of caffein and remember... it's in tea too. I still drink coffee though. One cup sooths me, but more than that only makes me nervous and stressful.
