Hello!
A quick advice! If you ever get some paper over when you've cut out your finished painting or whatever, don't throw it away. You can still make it beautiful enough to hang on your wall or as a gift. I usually have the most fun when I just scribble anyway, but I don't enjoy it on new quality paper, as it is quite expensive. But here is what I made out of some leftover paper...
Made with watercolours in tubes (Winsor & Newton) and Inktense pencils (Derwent) - Raw sienna, brunt sienna and willow. The paper is Magnani Portofino, and I used a flat nr.4 brush. I dipped the inktense pencil in water and painted the contour for a brunt effect. The paper was just torn.
I think it looks cute with the small black pins too!
